Ever since our first visit to Puerto Banus, we always head straight to Jacks for lunch. This was the first time we were walking distance away, as stayed at nearby Hard Rock Hotel, so as soon as we’d checked in we headed down to the Marina for a drink and some lunch… Seated at a table with a great view of the yachts, supercars, and the usual mix of tourists, posers, and locals. Food was great and plentiful, and the beer was nice and cold. We made a 2nd visit a few evenings later, and again had a great time. As always, the staff were great too! Our little tradition will continue next time we’re in Banus.
I have been to Jacks with a girlfriend for some dinner drinks. We were both in the hospitality industry and have noticed how amazing the service became at this place. We both live in Marbella and used to go there since the moment it opened, but haven’t been in a while. We could not notice but comment on what a cool team they have created. A team of fast, friendly young professionals. One girl that stood out THE MOST made our evening special was Suzzy !!! Such a sweet , humble young lady and extremely professional!!! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Suzzy, you are a star!!!
Visited for lunch great welcome from the staff who were very attentive throughout our visit. Ordered Potato Skins for Starters Smokehouse Burger and Combo Sliders for mains. The burgers were delicious; the fries a little overdone but this didn't spoil our meal. The restaurant is very clean noted that the staff brushed up under the tables as each customer left! Great location by the Marina prices were very reasonable considering the location. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit would come here again!
The staff were really friendly and welcoming into Jacks. There were a party of 9 of us and very very personal and caring. One thing I will say, by far the best chicken wings that I have ever had in my life, unreal.
