the absolute worst! very rude and unprofessional of you all to rent lazy people who do not understand what a simple instruction is to follow! I was the only one in the drive thru, ordered 3 meals, and had to wait until they mix the dough for the rolls, the cheek kill, the sweet plants, aaannnndd buy their grill! that was crazy! Almost an hour waiting at the window. the workers laugh and praise! comeone, this is unacceptable and very irresponsible! never again! ohhhh, and to cover it! the meal was cold. wait all the time! Maybe my eating was already done and they were too busy dancing they forget about me in the window!
This was my first visit to a jack in the box restaurant, we didn't have it in Canada, I tried the Ribeye Burger Combo with rings, a taco a pumpkin spice shake. Overall, the food was very good, the service was pretty good, could have been better, but I mean, it's fast food so you somehow expect the staff a little aloof. The Taco was delicious, the Panko onion rings were amazing, the burger was quite dry, and the snake was REALLY thick!!! Would you recommend at least try it if you've never been. I wish I was longer to visit so I could try a few more of the menu items.
this place has been the worst Jacks-Iive ever! they have been complaining to the order correctly, but giving me all the wrong things. I asked for healing pommes, they gave me regularly. I ordered 2 sets of tacos and didn't get them. I asked for 5 ranches they gave me. they asked for more that they gave me two. their attitude towards customers is unacceptable! I can't recommend it here! go somewhere else!
Your food is delicious, always fresh and perfect for a quick bite! The workers are not rude and they do not even have long lines. They are usually also fast for the drive thru! I love the order of this Jack's rather from one closer to my house . Great restaurant, great workers, ingenious food!
