This used to be one of the best jack in the box's in the area but now I avoid it at all cost. They never have anything in stock, they take forever to get the food out at all times of the day and the staff isn't as nice as they used to be. I've given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again but after many months of the same bs I can no longer recommend this location to anyone.
Randy Is the best employee there, he always gives me the best service, never eats on the job, and has served me 100 shakes every time i have gone. I once offered him some of my food but he said 'I am not allowed to eat on the job ' he then took my food and saved it for his break. He should be put in charge definitely a different Randy
Staff locks the doors early in the days. I make a mobile order for pickup inside and they don't let me pick it up in the drive-through. This staff is seriously lacking and they seem very unprofessional. Multiple times in the recent past has the service been bad, rude, or unprofessional. Get your act together!
The food was delicious like always. The service on the other hand could have been better. There was a problem with my order, and it wasn't even a big deal until the attitude I got back when I mentioned it. Whatever happened to customer is right?
