our flight was delayed a hour and 15 minutes. our shelle bus was delayed another hour and a half , all in toronto. arrived in hamilton ten thirty, and hungry. going south on centennial parkway to get a restaurant to eat. in we go to jack. very quiet inside. my wife ordered a hot soup because she was not feeling well. she was extremely happy good, ,tasty and hot. i had the american burger with extra cheese and fries. also hot juicy but the fries were a little salty. thhis was our second time there. first time bday party outside on the patio and my neice was very happy with there service that is why we tried it. waitress was cheerful and happy. she kind of lift us up a little.
Way overpriced. Received our dinner under 5 minutes of receiving our appetizer. We weren't even 1/4 done our app. Waitress offered to put under heat lamp. One meal was a salad! Will never return.
