Pretty bad. I ordered a large hot coffee with oat milk and a slice of lemon cake. The employee was kind and the service was quick. My coffee was ice cold and tasted very old. It was not fresh at all. The employee said she would heat up my coffee. I asked how? In a microwave? The employee said no I can steam it. I declined and said it is ok. I will just enjoy my lemon cake slice. Just try to have a pot fairly fresh or offer to brew a new pot/cup. The employee was nice and kind but never offered a refund and the end product was terrible. I have read a few more reviews on Yelp and Google and needed to add to my review. It appears the owner does not ever give refunds, so the employee most likely felt she could not offer me a refund without getting some sort of punishment from the owner. The owner of this company also does not respond to any reviews good or bad. That's a sign he/she does not care about their product. I did my part and paid for 100% of your goods/services. I did not make the mistake in the transaction your company did and you should properly correct your mistake.
