The excellence of Chef Yugo's kitchen and hospitality as well as service are always at the rendezvous, in this privileged place with careful decoration: small pebbles and objects, plants of all beautifully cared sizes... and saké bottles of course. We treat you with delicious and sought-after dishes with subtle flavours.
Very good quality of food. We had a lot of nice surprises (plats and services included). Best Japanese restaurant in Bordeaux with the corresponding price of course. Remember to book well in advance by sms on their phone number, or even a week in advance to be sure.
The bridge between France and Japan that is worth the reservation and the detour... a regalade of 6 services always accompanied by the details of the waiter or the chef ... beautiful wine and saké map of course... incredible dessert ... the top.
The tasting menu is to recommend the eyes closed. Freshness and quality of products, a delight for taste buds. Quality service also, professional and friendly rank leader. We'll be back.
