In-n-out Burger

Service was friendly and fast but unfortunately that fast pace showed. My burger was missing chopped chilis, it had spread on it when I asked for no spread, the fry baskest was not full, the meat patty was smaller than usual, and I was given a pink lemonade when asked for regular. I went back before leaving to fix the drink but didn't know the mess up on the food till I returned to my work office. Disappointing first experience with this location ? I tried to post photos but for some reasons it keeps rejecting them.

I don't know what it is, if it's the pandemic but IN N OUT food quality has gotten worse. And it already wasn't great to begin with. Everytime I give them a chance I get the worst quality food. Hard buns. Cold fries. Non-green lettuce. The works. The best thing about this particular visit was the rasberry lemonade. It was good and salvaged this visit.

all good but the fries always suck. I order the double double from here then Shoot across the street to Micky D's for the fries. perfect harmony(if the line isn't so long it's blocking traffic on the street...

It always amazes me how a place so busy still has great customer service, quality food and it so clean! Super friendly staff and hot, fresh food. What's better than that?
