In the training restaurant Inizio des Hotel Sonnenalp in Ofterschwang is now Christian belly (23) chef. He had completed his teaching three years ago and has now taken over the management of the restaurant. He is now responsible for the training of a cook and four trainees in the service.
We were thrilled. The food and the very nice accommodating TEAM. Thank you very much. Continue to recommend it. Keep going. Among other things not to forget the magnificent landscape.
