Having ordered inferno BBQ a few times since it opened I have to say the food we have just received was very poor in comparison. The food was cold and the chips had a texture like they had been reheated in a microwave. The Alcatraz burger had a standard bun instead of the brioche bun as advertised on the menu. All in all a very disappointing experience and having tried to call them over times this evening to try and discuss this, nobody answers the phone.
We have always rated inferno bbq and absolutely loved it when it first opened however the meal we had this evening was far from impressive. The food was delivered squashed. The mac and cheese has been changed and now tastes like shop brought and cheap. There was no dirty sauce on the Mac and cheese and the bacon was so far from crispy it could… More
was sceptical after reading mixed reviews but can honestly say wow the food was amazing and extremely tasty friendly polite staff and the portions are very generous will be returning in the future.
food was very good cooked to a high standard and had no faults what so ever! Will definitely go again,
