Imperial Orchid

I just picked up an order for shrimp fried rice and the rice seemed as if it was old. I called to explain that the rice is stale and the person that picked up the phone had the nerve to tell me she sold thousands today and no complaints. Like what kind of customer service is this? I don’t care how many they sold, I can only speak for what was sold to me and most of it was very hard and over cooked or old. I’ve ordered from them so many times but this will be the last. Can’t order from somewhere where they can’t treat their customers with respect. I swear these businesses don’t realize they’re in business because of loyal customers so the least they can do is be respectful!

Called for the first time asking for a delivery. Was immediately scolded that if I wanted it delivered, I should have placed my order thru grub hub. I then decided to pick up because we 've been told the food is good. I ordered egg foo young with pork fried rice and was once again scolded. You don 't need to tell me you want pork fried rice, it comes with it. I then asked if I could pay over the phone because someone else was picking up for me. I was told it 's not preferred, but she reluctantly took it because I guess she realized she didn 't have a choice. Poor customer service, nasty attitude... hope the food is decent.
