I called and asked for pasta with meatballs and 6extra meatballs in the sauce. I came home and had only 4 meatballs in the pasta. She could have told me I had to buy X2 Pasta with meatballs to get 8 meatballs. The Imos in St. Charles always sold extra meatballs on the page for a price. I didn't have enough to feed my family. When I ordered my lunch... I wanted a cooking salad and my side was 1/2 house salad....they REFUSED to leave me because I couldn't have 2 salads!!!??!! And they couldn't bend the rules? What? The food was average. The girl who took our order was rude, careless and acted as if she did us a favor by taking our order. Today is Halloween 2022 and she was dressed in a cheerleader uniform with knights on the front so there will be no confusion about who she was. Imos is Imos although, something has changed. Last two times pizza tasted different. Not sure if they changed the crust make-up or what but it?s lost some of its appeal, maybe cheaper ingredients and the fact they are still attached to Coke, instead Pepsi.
