The Gastronomy at Hotel Hüttmann in the centre of Norddorf/Amrum presents itself with a conservatively operated and elegant furnishings. The guest expects excellent care in harmoniously cozy rooms through the family-like, very attentive and friendly service. The tables are covered in the classically difficult-acting pieksauber valent restaurant 1A and top quality. The house very well visited but still not restless. The well-balanced card offers the pleasant evening offer, a recommendation card from the chef and local wild specialities. Actually a fine restaurant, but due to the following incident not recommended for us! It's been a long time ago, but it's now reminiscent of Amrum's restaurant search. The food itself was good, not world class, but quite tasty. Unfortunately, two salads have been forgotten and the service personnel have not been able to look for the entire duration of the main course. When we drew attention when we were clearing, the Oberkellner offered to serve a dessert at the expense of the house as compensation. We agreed. But it turned out that the chosen desserts were absolutely inadequate: a bullet of ice in one case and the Crème brûlée chosen by me did not deserve this name ... liquid, without the typical crust, at best the raw substance of a crème brûlée ... a certificate of poverty for kitchens and service personnel. It wasn't our first time there, before everything was fine, probably our last time.
