"We wanted to eat spontaneously last Sunday (May 2017). In Ittenbach the Hotel Im Hagen became aware of us. A buffet (mid-day) was offered here for under 20€ exclusive drinks. The food was very tasty the selection large. The hotel also has very experienced and friendly staff. It is operated by an older gentleman who remembers an upper school in terms of style and style. Really nice. Even if the building is a bit older, it has flair. We liked it very well. We can recommend the buffet on Sunday noon and will soon be guests."

From 10 to 11 November 2016 my brother had booked a double room for my friend and me at the Hotel Im Hagen in Königswinter. After an extremely unfriendly greeting (because everything was dark, we had not found the main entrance and instead cleaned at the back entrance, my question about the opening hours of the kitchen with a lapidaren The restaurant has only fallen on weekends. Room and bathroom were unused: mold on window and shower frame, hair in the drain of the shower, the toilet not clean, the container for hygiene bag empty, and the other hygiene equipment of the bathtub (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc., which is now part of the standard is completely missing. Two toothbrush glasses, four towels, two bath towels and a hairdryer with splint handle, that was 's. In the room itself the carpet was not properly sucked, the safe was coarsely broken, in the ceiling lamp were dead flies and dust, and the front of the balcony grounds was cumbersome. It is possible to address such a matter. By the way, the W-LAN network was so unstable that we made a few unsuccessful attempts to smartphone and thus sought a nearby place. The hotel owner had called us one, but that was a pizza delivery service. Finally, the positives for which I gave a star despite everything: 1. Beds and beds were very clean and raw fresh. 2. The breakfast was very good, the rich buffet did not leave a wish open, and also special requests (tea instead of coffee were immediately and politely fulfilled.
Wir wollten letzten Sonntag (Mai 2017) spontan mittags Essen gehen.In Ittenbach sind wir auf das Hotel Im Hagen aufmerksam geworden.Hier wurde ein Buffet (Mittag) für unter 20€ exklusive Getränke angeboten.Das Essen war sehr lecker die Auswahl groß.Zudem verfügt das Hotel über sehr erfahrenes und höfliches Personal.Bedient wird man von einem älteren Herrn der nach Art und Stil an einen Ober der alten Schule erinnert. Wirklich schön.Auch wenn das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist, so hat es Flair.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Wir können das Buffet am Sonntag Mittag empfehlen und werden dort bald wieder Gäste sein.
