Unfortunately, I have to make an update to my previous review trust me I am sad about that, too, because it's so unnecessary. I came back here with two colleagues and this time the pasta dishes were not great at all. Specifically the truffle...pasta, which I usually love and have eaten many many times was so extremely oily that I couldn't even finish it. When the waiter a new onehaven't seen him before asked if everything tasted well I told him how it was way too oily to enjoy. He told the chef or somebody in the kitchen, however, instead of doing anything about it he just shrug his shoulders. He couldn't care less. No sorry, no alternative, not even an espresso on the house. Given the fact that we come here regularly it was extremely disappointing and next time I will think twice if I introduce new people to this restaurant as apparently it is no longer a safe place to go if you just want to enjoy some nice dinner in your own neighbourhood... It would be so nice to see this restaurant the way it used to be again. Please make the most out of this review
Il Grappolo is small, thus reservation is recommended, particularly on week-end days (starting Thursdays). All the dishes are fresh and their menu changes often based on the availability of fresh ingredients and creativity of the kitchen staff.We enjoy the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the excellent wines to choose from at reasonable prices.We enjoyed it in different occasions.
Always love to go hear as they serve good food and excellent wine. They have a nice selection of open bottles and always something special. The food is always good but I go here for the wine. All ad a reasonable price with great service...who can give you good advice on the wine. Nowadays it is so popular that you have to make reservations
I think, I have found my favourite Italian wine bar in Munich. Friends of ours suggested we try this place as, they have walked by it many times and have..
