Save your time and money just go Sara's Kitchen down the road! Don't waste your time! This has to be the worst IHOP in America. They have 6 waitresses on staff. 4 tables total in the building, we waited for 24 minutes for a drink order or food order to be taken. Finally got up and walked out. After explaining we've waited almost half an hour. We will not be back, they then wanted to act like it was our fault they didn't wait on us. It's like this every time you go! The food is below average at this particular location.
The place is not bad, I would say better then other places because of the location,but it would be amazing if the owner and/or management would pay attention to employees. I was tolled when I got there with my friend that she wouldn’t serve us because she was feeling bad sleeping on the table. If you work somewhere even if you don’t like it, do a quality work or leave and find a different job that you enjoy.
In Palm Beach for a wedding. This IHOP is perfect for large families with various tastes and desires. HACK: For larger parties, break up into groups of twos and fours and you will probably get seated faster. Standard fare has changed so ask lots of questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. Staff was friendly and calm despite the Saturday breakfast rush. I recommend this restaurant.
I stopped for lunch and for the first time, it wasn't super crowded. My waitress came immediately and greeted me. She took my order and was very attentive.My food was hot and everything was clean. I would have given the atmosphere a five star if the one customer would have been polite enough to lower his voice while discussing his business on the phone.
