the To-Go service here is very bad, especially. they do not tell them before the time they have won? not be able to do burbside pickups on the phone so if they are there, bra-less, they?re made to go inside because surprise can take their register?t take a card number over the phone. embarrassing (for them, not me.) second, they have updated their online order website and policy to make the dinge worse and much more expensive. Previously I could customize my omelette all types of possibilities online, just to find that now they can add nothing to the omelette, just take the dinge under customizations. when I came to the restaurant, I find out (without warning from the employee over the phone) that my meat option was to change a five dollar UP-CHARGE (1/3 the cost of the entire omelette,) although I ultimately less on my omelette thanks to all the things I pull out. the business advice of netflix in these days. also they literally always forget the soße for my omelette and I have to check myself and ask for them all. single. time. and they have to check the galle after I do it right in front of them like? du? right. I know. Forget it. eat them here on their own risk. it's just not worth it for me anymore, after this crazy torn down on my order. when they get to go, check everything before they go? especially if you? re someone who likes to customize their order.

My whole family went there on Sunday .. we all now have food poisoning!! If I could give this place a Neg 0 I would and that?s me being kind ! Servers were to quick to where things were forgotten and i had to send my food back because my eggs were running , sausage was under cooked , hash brown hard as a rock .. I would HIGHLY suggest this place get closed ! Nasty I will never be back ! I will make sure no one I know goes here either ! I would say give my almost $100 back but yea u can keep it and maybe hire cooks who actually know how to properly cook !

the dame that processes the To-go orders (mayte) is by far the most pleasant, professional and efficient member of the IHOP team. despite a very full restaurant and many orders (both on the phone and personally) she managed to seamlessly process each order and used a smile! this woman deserves more than an increase!

No matter when I come, the staff is always very attentive and the food was great. I usually get an ABI, a black coffee, a water, a scrambled eggs and a sausage and gravy biscuit. I'm here three times and it's perfect for someone like me.
