Sorry, 1 start from me for Unacceptable behavior n how the boy who serving in restaurant for tonight at 07 Juni 2022, really really unbelievable and can't accepted. Let us see waiting till half hours without come to us again n asking about what we want to eating or drink. Even I already 2x go and asking to him n only asking us to waiting. But with 1 couple n other 1 man which come after us and both talking Spanish and he directly serving them, even direct preparing their table with the spoon/fork n the tissues. And other man direct come to bring him menu card and ask him about food he want. Until here we still try to be patient, but after 10 minutes never back to us and it's also already 22.30pm which mean we already closed to half hours waiting n get no service, so we decided back to our hotel room. But for the boy who serving for evening in restaurant 1 day before at 06 Juni 2002, he really doing the best job n best serving, Big big Respect..
We spent three days at the hotel and it was a quiet and pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and professional, the service was good and the prices very fair for this classification of hotel. The rooms are comfortable, well insulated (sound and temperature) but we could not turn on the heating, although the controls are very easy to operate. Breakfast is very good with a nice variety of local foods. The negative point that bothered us a lot was the constant change of temperature of the shower water while we were bathing, if you are not careful you can get burned by the hot water that suddenly appears even if we don't touch anything. It really is an important point that should be addressed by the manager. Otherwise, the experience was very good and we will surely come back.
Helpful staff and the rooms were relatively clean, with some minor wear and tear. Good house keeping. Has a restaurant/bar downstairs that is open until close to midnight, which is perfect when arriving from a late flight. Location is good, there's a metro station nearby and a large shopping center with lots of food, shopping and entertainment options. The downside was lack of AC, or at least we couldn't control the temperature and a bit hard bed.
Our rooms were full of dust and it was so uncomfortable for us to stay after a long trip. They didn't even clean them immediately.
