Despite an irreproachable service, the meal was not up to our expectations: long service (1 hour waiting before having the entrance,) meat too cooked (supervised in the kitchen), too seasoned to feel the taste of the meat (even for a tartare.) trout was good but nothing exceptional. The only thing that took height is the price, which really wasn't worth the meal. After we dissatisfaction with the chief and the place boss, with arguments in support, we thought we were entitled to a small commercial gesture on his part, but it was nothing.
