very hot day. we have reserved a lunch table for six people and asked for shadows, suggesting that the inner might actually be more pleasant than the garden. the table stands outside, at the edge of the shadow area. from the beginning we have to move chairs, at the end we sit. why: the lady who has said this, says after our arrival: there is no need to make the light, and on our explanation that we would be happy without them, she says it is a matter of style...and : we would not get the same attention as outside (i.e. they would just forget that of us. according to her judgment, it's just as hot inside as outside. Why not ask what we feel? a teller I ordered will just forget. so much for styling and I will not return to a place where reasonable requests are ignored by customers and are being denied to rudely wise. ciao squeal. in general, I don't complain about the waiter in itself. I am definitiw a problem of manager
