Hotel de Normandie Restaurant

The staff in this restaurant clearly rely entirely on their location for their business. The staff were slow, rude and dismissive. Simple requests were ignored and the attitude lacks any examples of god service.The food was average/poor, for example the chips were clearly cooked long before they were served.All in all best avoided and your business taken to somebody who appreciates it!

While on a tour of the D-Day Museum, my husband and I broke away from our group to have a private lunch. We sat on the patio with a nice street view. The wine was decently priced and the food was good. More importantly, the staff was very attentive and efficient, and the area was quiet enough to have a conversation without yelling. Not fancy, which was just fine.

We went to this restaurant for lunch. After we were seated, the waiter would come by "in a minute". After 10 minutes we as for the waiter, but he didn't come to take our order. We waited for 25 minutes and then left. Terrible service. Their neighbours on the opposite of the street are way better!

Low quality service. If you order normal lasagne and children's lasagne you will receive two identical meals, but of course different pricing. Not possible to change price once you've ordered. Entrecôte prepared in too hot frying pan with taste of charcoal.

Very nice location, fast and courteous service. Selection and quality of food in the average. Not very expensive. Reccomended only in case you stay in Arromanches many days.
