good breakfast great service!. this place was formerly a locally owned flap jack chain location. my wife said it had changed the hands to hotcakes emporium and knew about their other location on ditch rd, but hadn't tried yet. we came here this last weekend to give it a shot. our waitress was absolutely excellent! she was very fast, pleasant and jovial. she was very good to keep our drinks full and ensured that we were often satisfied with our order. my daughter ordered the chocolate chip crepes'. she said they were very good and proved their very rare empty plate! my wife ordered the western omelette' (w/o green paprika) as usual, and thought it would be pretty good. she also found happy that the hashbrowns were crispy as she likes and so much enjoyed. I ordered the corned beef hash 2 eier court with hashbrowns with a side of speck. the speck was crisp and good. the rührei was not slightly browned, as some places do and made right for my lust and very good. like my wife I enjoyed my side of the unburned but still crispy hashbrowns. the hash was also decent tasting. also I wanted to try the chip beef gravy' and give a 1/2 order with the woman to rehearse. most places can simply not remove chip bark meat gravy much less regular breakfast sausage gravy without resorting to a dose version. the engraving was decent tasting enough. However, the buttery taste texture seemed to miss the true homemade version, but better than other places we have tried overall. this site is located on our top 5 breakfast places to look back at the woken. enjoys!
