Hot Wok - Table reservation

My experience at Hot Wok was not nice.The service ignored us from the beginning to end. First they didn't see us when we came into restaurant, then we were sitting few minutes without menu because all staff handled one table with 2 people. Every guest got a small (free) pre-starter, every but not us. Well. maybe we didn't look old or rich enough :) Nobody asked us while eating if the food is good, nobody offered us dessert or coffee and we had to wait for 15 minutes to get the check. Atmosphere between manager (I guess the guy in the suit) and waiters was under strain. All the time he instructed and criticized one waitress. It was unprofessional!I've been there first time but I wouldn't back. It's a pity, because the food was good.

we were in the hot wok again after a long time. the restaurant has a harmonious decoration; cozy and not too cheesy. we were kindly welcome to walk and accompanied by our table. the service staff was extremely friendly and attentive. the map is relatiw large, but well divided. the hot wok offers dishes from different countries asiens. whether Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Chinese...I chose the Malaysian cuisine and was not disappointed. everything was very authentically cooked...as you get it in the original countries. nothing was "European"...thanks to the beautiful evening.

very nice garden restaurant. excellent service! very dear to children and dog. the food was served quickly and at the same time and was very good!

Good atmosphere all year round, best during the warm season, because you get seated on the terrace. Authentic food specials.
