Hot Chikn Kitchn

Last night I placed an order through DoorDash from this place. DoorDash notified me that the dasher had an issue and my order was cancelled. I quickly went to the store and got there right at closing time. I explained to them what happened and they told me a dasher had came in for my food and taken it. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault at all. They offered to remake the whole meal at no charge and even gave me a free drink. The whole staff was super nice! As for the food 10/10 !

I drove to this location on a Thursday afternoon before shopping at Potomac Mills and enjoyed my visit. The store sits in a strip mall about a mile or so across from Potomac Mills not easily seen from the road. The inside looks clean even if the furnishings look older and more rustic. Service struck me as pleasant and efficient. I also observed what I presume to be a manager greeting customers with a ?Welcome in!? I overheard reassuring communication among the manager and

Amazing chicken sandwiches! The after burner sauce is perfect amount of spice! The fries are so crispy and delicious! The tenders are very good as well! 10/10 ???? It was out first time there and they were super nice explained the whole menu to us and the different types of sauce.

Took 20 minutes to get one chicken sandwich with only one other person in the place. Food was mid at best. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Too much playing around while fixing the food. Need to have workers to get the food out in a timely manner, and joke around and play around the food Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
