highly recommended if you look for the special one. I would have liked to have drunk this really interesting grappa, which is in the bottle at the entrance, but that was then something too inexpensive : although I am convinced that the pleasure is worth it. otherwise a wonderful, super-friendly service. personal top courtesy and attentive, the steaks are a dream and are prepared almost before one. there really was everything. certainly not the restaurant for sometimes fast what to eat, but for the special occasions or celebrate. you should have been on all occasions. one of the top addresses in bamberg, I am convinced

It was a very hot evening, especially inside the restaurant so we sat outside. I had the "rinderfilet" which was perfect in every way. So all the boxes ticked except for the wine: the choice was limited and so we went by the glass, the first was unacceptable because it had been "cooked" and the Primitivo was too warm. However, this being the heart of beer country not really surprising. It would also have been difficult due to our inadequate German.

Visited Hoffmans twice in the 5 days we stayed in Bamberg - Excellent steaks cooked exactly to order... Amazing deserts and super friendly staff . Would highly recommend.. hope to see you next year !!

the hospitality and the ease of the conditions was very accommodating and very good. that was excellent. can only recommend the restaurant
