I went to this restaurant for a while, but today, after booking some das, I went with my family once more. the letter has not suffered many variations ox, duck, deer but the attentive leaves much to be desired. It's true that they explained to us that there was a drop in the kitchen but. It's no longer the same as before. I also feel that I was not attending the chef's wife. I wish you a quick recovery. For me it has always been a rewarding experience to go to this restaurant, not only for food but for the environment and attention to the customer. I give a lot of value to the work the whole team does, not just the chef, and today the truth is that it was pretty bad. between the first dish and the second we were waiting for more than half an hour that can be understood if there is a problem algn) but they do not communicate it to you, nor try to make you wait more pleasant even if it is giving an explanation. the same thing happened with desserts so that with a lot of grief today I cannot value this place as it did before. I hope and wish it to change better.
today is April 9,2022. as always a pleasure for the senses. smell, sight, drop and because not touch. all exquisite. Probamos tanto este espectacular chuleta de cerdo normando, como el magreto de pato en la mano del chef, y ambos fueron exquisitos. También la ensalada Chef y el vino que recomendaron. Tampoco queremos olvidar los pasteles. Sin duda, una historia para no dormir, pensando en volver
