The peach cobbler and banana pudding were hands down the best thing we got!! And I’m not typically a banana pudding type person. The ultimate platter was the perfect size for me and my husband to split. The pork was melt in your mouth and the meat came right off the bone for the ribs. All that being said the flavor didn’t seem the best to me; particularly for the brisket and ribs. The fries were super salty, and it was hard to taste a difference between the regular and spicy bbq sauces. We heard they do have new owners so maybe the recipe changed a bit.
Delicious tender bbq that doesn't need a knife. I got the Ultimate Platter with ribs, pork steak and brisket. They were all good but I'd return for the brisket. The fat perfectly juiced the brisket. All 3 sauces were additive to the meat and not overpowering. Service was fast and atmosphere is relaxing. Great bbq find in west St Charles County.
Excellent barbecue!! Best I’ve had, especially the ribs! The sides were great too, I loved the mac n cheese and the fries. They were friendly and fast with their service too. Don’t hesitate to go, you won’t be disappointed!
We stopped in last night for an old fashioned and some brisket nachos. Then ended up eating dinner too! Very delicious, the owners and staff were awesome. I highly recommend, we got to watch most of the ball game too!
