wondered about the bad reviews about the restaurant hiddemann. have been there for more than 2 years almost weekly and have never had anything to complain about. the restaurant is cozy and offers plenty of space. the menu is varied and offers great extras on some days. the prices are more than great for the quantity and top quality. the waiters are super friendly, fast and attentive. also the rest of the staff is top. also the kitchen staff. Special wishes are happy to be fulfilled. the statement that the salatbuffet would be easy I cannot understand. there's a change here too and one thing you can't forget, the salat is free. that also know some guests who cheerfully make the teller so full that the half lands rather on the floor....but it's free. If the pommes are too salty or the bratkartoffels too fat, you can complain without any circumstances and would immediately get a new portion. ey, in the kitchen work only people. the restaurant has never been overrun as described here. that it is full of weeks or celebrations, is completely normal. also at such days, the personal keeps a cool head. professionalism pays off. I can't find any worse in the past 2 years of my visit to restaurant hiddemann. constant good quality no matter when you go. I speak here 5 x stars and can recommend the restaurant good.
I wonder how to judge this restaurant so badly. it is full of how many different restaurant, but that is also good because this is what the performance that is delivered fits with the price performance ratio.We have been here more often and have always had a good quality of food. the foods were always served at the same time, none of the guests had to wait for dinner with several sat on the table, this is not the case in some other restaurants. we have always felt very comfortable that staff is very friendly and polite from the chef to the employees.The quality of the food has always been good. what can be done with the salat buffet. salatgurke is has salatgurke and tomaten are stall tomaten, there is always a selection available, does not really know which other salads should be offered here. We can only recommend this restaurant fully and wish us if here jemaand gives his opinion if he does it honestly and objectively and not just what is wrong. so also restaurants can be turned to round, think about it.Böss will think that this restaurant is simply badly made because it is just good and the competitors might be jealous.

Price/performance just.Just in detail overpriced, not special.Ferner is the location only appealing in the outdoor area / " beer garden", whereby the salatbuffet can only be reached via the parking space in the main house. the internal area is very common.
Unfortunately, there are only satisfactory or very good reviews for tripadvisor. it was good. :)-lecker, nice service, salatbuffet was good and included with any dish. so actually a 3.5. ambiente modern and friendly. unfortunately forget to photograph the good looking main dishes...please come back.
