The food is very good. They don't attend to you on the outside terrace, you should ask inside the place and then they serve you. the card payment must also be done inside. the service is fast and the waitress very friendly and polite. The tacos are spectacular, the meat is very juicy.
Our land lady recommended Hidalgo to us and I have to say possibly the best tapas we have had in San Sebastián.
The selection of pinxtos were okay - they looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.
