Harvey's Serving Swiss Chalet

We always make a habit of going to Harvey's when we return to Canada so we were quite excited to get our meal and quite disappointed when we got it. The first clue should have been the overflowing trash bins both inside and outside the place. The second should have been the fact that they were out of chicken even though it was only five pm. In any event we had burgers and they too were disappointing. Last year the burgers were cooked fresh and you then loaded them with the fixings. This year they took the previously cooked burger out of a heating tray and tossed it on the grill for about 30 seconds. When it was time for the condiments, they were also out of them. The result was an overcooked barely lukewarm burger without some of the fixings. I guess they felt that pre cooking the burgers would speed up the process but they missed the point. The great thing about Harvey's was that your burger was cooked fresh and then you got to load it the way you liked so they stood out from the crowd. Now it's just a crappy burger joint serving re heated food. Very disappointing.

This large mixed restaurant serve good fast food restaurant like hamburger, hotdogs, french fries and chiken meals. the service is very diigent and polite and have good taste. The french fries are real potatoes and are very delightfull. The restrooms are small but very clean.

Always friendly and fast service. Best fast food burgers in Trenton.Also serves Swiss Chalet. Restaurant is always clean !

Food is always good. If your in a hurry and need something Fast friendly service. You can eat inside aswell.

Harvey's part is okay, but if you want chicken from the Swiss Chalet part, forget about it.
