The food and atmosphere is EXCELLENT. The wait time however is awful. reservations on a Thursday night with two children and we received drinks at Start to finish we were there for two hours. Bartender was awesome, accidentally made a drink for our table and gave it to us on the house. Made the wait time a little better. Even with a reservation, if you go at night time be prepared to wait...
We enjoy Hard Rock Cafe for the ambiance, great food and service. I’m happy they are now on open table. It’s much easier to plan our meals and other activities. The long waits were a deterrent for us at times. I wish breakfast was served later than though. We will return soon
We got sat right away!! Nikki was awesome!! Mgr Paul came to our table to make sure everything is ok.... very nice
Very busy but good service by Sarah. Food was quick and delicious. Looking forward to returning soon
