large small caffe for delicious meals and snacks, all freshly cooked to order and served by friendly staff. the breakfast is the best place and the ground why I have eaten in this and his sister café in new brighton, for over 15 years.
We called in for a breakfast on our way to Scotland. We know the cafe and staff so know that we will get a well cooked hot breakfast. The staff are lovely and it's spotless. I would recommend Harbour Lights Cafe to anyone.
