Absolutely do not stay here, this location puts Hilton brand to shame. I am only staying here because the Hampton Inn downtown (where I stayed a week prior was booked. Had I had more time to look at reviews, I would have booked literally ANYWHERE else. I am a Hilton Honors member, Hampton Inn downtown authorized my payment at check-in with my Hilton Honors discount FACTORED into the price however this location in Sand Springs charges you FULL-PRICE some for damages (another thing the Hampton Inn at downtown did not do. The manager claims that he will put my discount on after I check out, but why not just authorize me for honors discount up front like the location downtown? This location does not stay consistent with Hilton standards. It's a joke for this location to even add in extra charges for damages considering the whole hotel is ran down and in need of serious maintenance, I'm talking there's legit ceiling tiles hanging over the second floor ice machine. I've taken pictures of all public spaces and areas in the hotel and plan to document all damages that were already in my room prior to my checking in to ensure that I am not charged for damages that were already there.
I didn’t stay here but I wouldn’t even want to from the first impression I got from them! I did an interview here the man who did it was very rude asked a lot of very personal questions about my family home that was really unsettling. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here just from the first impression I got from that interview, I definitely wouldn’t bring my family here since he made it very clear they aren’t the family caring type of people. 10/10 will never recommend to anyone for a stay or employment.
Rooms were OK. In general this Hampton was not up to the standards of other Hampton Inn and Suites we stayed at during our trip. This was the third Hampton we stayed at during our trip. The carpets in the hallway were not clean and you could see stains in the carpet and some water leak marks on the ceiling. Rooms were decent, however the bathroom did not have a door that could be latched/ locked ??? that's a first for me The location was OK. The grounds could be better. Front desk staff was friendly.
Our room was musty and while disinfecting the bed, we found a stained sheet, water leaking in the tub/shower and trash in several corners of the room.
