On May 5 2024, my fiancé and I were seated at the southeast section just after the afternoon dinner rush. It was our first time there. A nice man came over and closed the blinds, which we appreciated. He said “Better?” to us, which I smiled and replied, “Yes; thank you.” The salsa prep person came over and made the salsa; it was very good. That was it. After just under 40 minutes of waiting, we never received so much as a glass of water, and no one came to take our order. We decided on patience, then decided to leave. In our opinion, no service is far worse than poor service. Neglect of patrons, particularly new ones, merits a well-earned single star. We will not return, and will share our experience with others.
We had a great lunch at Guadalajara, as always. Carlos was a wonderful server and very attentive. Will definitely be coming back.
Selene was a great server and we appreciated her attentiveness and the food was great!
