Grill City - Table reservation

This was my first time at this restaurant, as we are visiting from Missouri. I ordered grilled squid and bangus, which came with soup and rice, but no sauce. The food was okay, but the customer service was terrible. When I asked for a to-go box because I couldn't finish my meal, the lady didn't understand me until I spoke in Tagalog. She then directed me to the cashier to ask for a box, even though there was one right behind her. I had to ask another lady for the box, who gave it to me with a rude expression. I don't recommend this place and won't be returning. My advice to the staff is if you're not happy with your job, find one that makes you happy.

Grill City should consider using microwavable containers for their combo meals to make it more convenient for customers who are on the go or taking the food home. Many restaurants have switched to using microwaveable containers for their food, so it would be beneficial for Grill City to do the same. The non-microwavable containers make it difficult for customers to heat up their food, which is especially important for hot dishes. This inconvenience may lead customers to choose not to purchase food from Grill City for their work meals.

Did not fulfill my order on time. Very disappointing and wasted my time. I order on January 7th around 430 pm for bbq chicken 40 pics for January 9th. I was advised to pick up at 11 am. I came around 1115 am and the food is not ready and requires to30minutes. So frustrating.

Super inflated prices for basics like chicken sticks etc. Butt the seafood is usually delicious and well prepared. A pleasant experience is dependent on what staff member you get, but again, love my Filipinos it's usually a language barrier, faked orreal????
