Gregorio's Trattoria

Located in Bethesda but only a 10 minute drive from NW/ Kalorama DC, Gregorios is my recommendation for flavorful and authentic Italian food. The drink menu is amazing, we had a group of four so we tried all the cocktails. We loved the aperol spritz. And the old fashioned was quite strong! We?ve been to the Potomac location in the past but decided to try the new Bethesda location because it?s closer. Food was amazing, service was good, presumably the owner, a Persian gentleman, was very nice and checking in on everyone?s meals. Will return here. Didn?t take pictures of the appetizers because we were too hungry and ate them, but a large portion size of fried calamari, the mussels marinara were perfect, and pictured below is the chicken parm.

Service was fine but 26$ For Alfredo with Chicken? I won't be back. It didn't taste like 26$ Alfredo. Maggiano's up in Tysons tastes better and they're much cheaper. The Pasta tasted extremely Pasty, I had to get extra sauce just to get it wet enough to go down. They cooked it for too long.

Omg????????,I?ve never tasted a spaghetti like this in my life. That was amazing, super super delicious. We tried two kind of spaghetti with white sauce and pizza. All perfect. I definitely will come back. The staff were very nice and the service was perfect. Highly recommend

What a lovely unexpected family friendly Italian restaurant. The service is quick and the food delicious. For being in a strip mall, I was truly surprised at how savory ou meal was. I'll be back for sure!
