I almost went to the truck stand next door for dinner. As an owner, I try to support small businesses. When I went to the truck stop, I took note of the cheaper fuel. The fuel next door corresponds to the price of the petrol station in Perrysburgh, OH. When I came to the back of the parking lot of the truck stop, I noticed signs everywhere that indicate $10 for parking. For me, it was an immediate shutdown. They lost both my fuel purchase and restaurant patrol. I'm so sick of company Nickel and Diming is a trucker. I turned around and wanted to go to the intermediate station. When I turned, I noticed some trucks behind another building. Looks like a restaurant, so I decided because they don't seem greedy poks, and they allowed trucks to park, I would enjoy a meal and support their business. I went in and was immediately greeted by three employees. My server name was Egla. She was bubbly and attentive to my needs. I asked her about her recommendation and she suggested the Chicken Parm. So I ordered this. I was served enough food to feed three adults. I am not sure that the image will bring justice to the portion sizes, but I would stress three could eat in a sequence of chicken stables. It's not a five-star restaurant. It is a small diner with happy and helpful staff. If you are on the move or want trucks and an honest meal for an honest dollar, give this place a chance. I'm glad I stopped. The girls are sweet, friendly and do not forget to check on you. These ladies really appreciate our hard-earned dollars.
