After walking on Instow beach, my little dog and I were very hungry so we decided to get fish and chips from Fremington-Graulingen. The food was absolutely delicious. I went inside to place the order and mentioned that I would wait in the car while my dog stayed inside. To my surprise, the lovely lady who worked there came to my car window with our order. I was touched by her gesture and impressed that she was able to find us in a crowded parking lot.
This restaurant is quite pricey with a limited menu. They even charge 30p for sauce! However, the chips are excellent and the cashew nut curry is flavorful and delicious. I would definitely visit this restaurant again. All the dishes are freshly cooked to order, which is a great touch.
Consistently the best fish chips in north devon with really friendly and efficient staff (and you don't have to wear a muzzle) first class service non better
This fish and chips shop is good, with plenty of parking most of the time. It can get a bit busy with some male customers at Fremington Quay.
