Very bad service and quality, again!! This is our local Chinese and we have been supporting it for years. Unfortunately, for whatever reason they have decided they dont value customers and barely engage with them when trying to spend money at their establishment these days. Phoned up and had been advised to order through the app/website now. Did so and received the standard 45 mins message. After 1 hour, called up to chase. Was put on hold for 7 minutes while they asked around the shop to see what had happened. They then come back on the phone and state 'on its way '. Well it had been 'on its way ' for over an hour, so that was unhelpful. No guidance on when it may arrive, but seeing as I live less than 5 mins drive from the shop, assumed it would be in the next 10 mins. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later it arrived, cold, almost stewed and had obviously been completely forgotten about. These things happen, but then, no apology on the phone, the moody delivery driver arrived and we still gave him a tip stupidly! . Since then I have been trying to make a formal complaint and tried all the email addresses they advertise, but absolutely no response. Dont bother with this one, they are getting worse and worse more and more expensive! . There are much better Chinese who will deliver to a similar location, so try a new one and done constantly go back to people who dont value your custom and whos quality is getting worse and worse.
