an excellent, authentic Italian restaurant. the menu includes classic Italian dishes, very simple but brilliant cooked and the best ingredients. the service is perfect and the personal is friendly and very experienced. they made our experience funny and interesting. the location on the channel was perfect. we ate at a hot, sunny day and the front of the restaurant was completely opened to keep the dinge cool. highly recommended.
So, I'm going down the canalside restaurants and I have to go to gotto. (See why now) now on such a beautiful day would not have asked better. attentive service great eating and not overpriced good Italian wine. I can personally recommend the buratta he melted in mouth!.......my advice....GO!
this restaurant is proud of its home made pasta and they are right; without doubt the best pasta I've ever eaten. friendly and helpful waiting staff that was attentive but not intrusive.
