Wonderful in all aspects. We just accidentally went the the Gondolier and it was one of those lucky events when you find a place you start recommending to everyone. I had a pizza and my wife had two cutlets. We both considered it one of the best meals we have ever had. My pizza was perfect and every ingredient popped with flavor in my mouth. Our waiter and the onsite manager were attentive, sociable, and just perfect. The chef and kitchen staff were apparently great and the manager said how lucky she was to have such a great staff. Everyone working there sincerely acted liked they enjoyed their work there. We recently had a bad experience at another Italian restaurant in Brighton whose service and food product went much below normal. Doubt this would ever happen at Gondolier. They seem to do it right
The food was very delicious. Her homemade spaghetti is from the charts. The service could have been better. The host seemed a bit rude and in a hurry. I would still go back for the ingenious atmosphere, the delicious food. The crab cakes were great, the garlic notes with spicy marinara are fantastic. Her pork marsala was average.
This was our first visit to the Gondolier restaurant in Longmont. We found it wonderful! Cosy atmosphere, great service and the food was delish! They had my favorite on the menu spaghetti carbonara and it was fantastic. And the portions are huge. Very good, too. This will be my new way to the Italian restaurant on site.
Our server was wonderful... fast, understandable and friendly. Food was good and expensive. This was our first visit to Gondolier and we were very satisfied.
