the restaurant in the golfhotel lindenhof is absolutely incredible. from beginning to end, each meal is beautifully prepared with a lot of love for detail. the taste composition of each dish shows that the cook really knows its taste profiles and tastes. I've been there a few times now and always go tired, happy and more than satisfied. I want to stay and eat, even if I'm tired because it's so delicious. my recommendation: 1. try an appetizer. they don't skip them because they have the perfect size and I never regret ordering one. 2. If they are in a large group, order the gans. do not ask; simply ask if they can get the gans for the table. they will not regret this choice. Just trust me. 3. get dessert. Do it, do it. 4. give your service staff a good drink. they work very hard to create a surreal culinary experience and to respond to their needs. they help them with everything, from recommended to dressing their coat. show them appreciation; they will appreciate it.
we were not for the first time in the golf hotel and for some time it has been very good to eat there. I'm not enough for the full score. This time it was the reistalers who could be classified into the category "that the world does not need". extremely dry and tasteless. and also the ratio between portion size and price was not worth the 5 points.
with the first sun rays sitting on the terrace with magnificent views of the pond and golf course. the map well sorted, clear offer. the kitchen fulfills the (out of high) expectations and the service staff is not only endeavored, but really without perfect. the price level is raised but consistently justified. I'm happy to come back!
we were with friends to dinner on the beautiful terrace with a unique view over the golf course and a small duck. eating, service, everything perfect! 100 % further recommended. our waiter was very attentive - that was very pleasant.
