So hat jeder seinen Lieblingschinesen und meint dann oft die rasanten Wokzauberer für die TV Mahlzeit. Grundsätzlich bietet der Drache nichts sensationell Neues, hat aber Qualitäten, die sich lohnen. Da wäre zunächst mal ein minimaler Umgang mit dem Glutamat überraschenderweise nie Probleme gehabt, obwohl anfällig); ein Koch, der seine Zutaten nicht zerkocht; schöne Wok Kombinations Menüs; ordentliche Portionen, die man sich gut teilen kann; eine reichhaltige, nicht zu angedickte Gemüsesuppe; eine intensive Erdnußsauce; schöne Wan Tans; einen flotten Service und eine dankbare Kundschaft. Im Laden ist Platz 40 50 Leute, draußen noch mal 20 und wer nur holt, der wartet am Tresen und da ist es oft voll. Die Ente Goldener Drache empfehle ich mit knusprigem, sehr fleischigem Vogel auf Gemüsebett und vielen Cashewnüssen an Reis und separater Sauce mit Einlage ohne Einschränkungen. Gewöhnen muss man sich daran, dass es hier keinen Lieferdienst gibt; will man daheim genießen, muss man telefonisch bestellen oder im Laden), um es dann via Take away heimzutransportieren. Machen hierzulande nicht so viele, war mir den Aufwand aber immer wert. Auch der Service ist dienstbeflissen, aber nicht von der offen sympathischen Sorte, sondern eher von einem künstlerischen Ernst, bei dem man als Gast nicht rumblödeln will. Insofern: mag der Laden auch von außen das Übliche sein, bietet er doch ein sorgfältig zubereitetes Sammelsurium der beliebtesten China Gerichte. Dafür sollte man sich schon 40 50 Kalorien ablaufen!
