Gg Italian - Table reservation

While we do not enjoy our experience this special night, I would still recommend GG Italian. The first time that we dined there was a great experience good food, good service, etc. However, this expedition was less than average. The bar offers seemed very distracted and uninterested in providing good service. They did not smile, did not react with the cartridges, and no used glasses from previous males, unless they wanted it. I had made special reservations for a high tip, but when we went to get room, they first sat at a regular table. When I asked about my reservation specifically for a high top, they said we could wait longer (what we chose). The waitress was great; very attentive and friendly. The food was AWFUL. The chicken was overtaken and the risoto was cold. I don't complain often, but the manager came around and asked for feedback so I thought it was necessary to deliver the feedback. However, the manager did not offer a discount on any kind. Becasue we had two very different experiences there, I want to apply GG Italian again to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. We like to support the local business, so I want to give them the advantage of doubt.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time Sunday nite and were glad we did. Service, presentation and food were 5 stars. We had the best Veal Parmesan we've ever had. The place is small and would advise not go on an off-site Friday or Saturday, as I think it would be crowded and a bit loud for a relaxing culinary experience.

Yummy. Good food, good service with trace. Wonderful choices serve hot and tasty. Beautiful surroundings. A great time.
