I am a costumer of this coffee shop in Jerseyville Illinois on a regular basis. Usually they do an amazing job. But today I was a little disappointed. I ordered my coffee and I sat at the window a really long time while my coffee sat on the counter by the window and by the time I finally got it the whipped cream was halfway melted . Now I know I saw at least 4 employees walk past it. I believe they should have a rule that the person sitting outside the window with their vehicle running should never have to sit there and watch as the ice and whipped cream melt in their coffee so the employees can make the drinks for the cars behind them . They should be served first .
A good coffee house with a wide selection of specialties coffee drinks. The atmosphere here is wonderful to meet someone for coffee, small meeting for businesses, come to study something, or just have a cup of coffee. Very nice. I also love when there are young baristas who enjoy coffee and share their favorite speciality drink. (Try the ?Ethan Special?!) Thank you for the experience and I will be back when I am back in the Alton/Riverbend area.
Two times a week came here, we visited, love everything we tried. Had a pumpkin spice Latte and strawberry Chai, both of which were fantastic. Also try a delicious little peanut butterball. Would definitely recommend as a box stop on every trip! Also seemed like a nice place to hang in though we took our drinks to go
Nothing but positives at the East Alton location! My husband and I go multiple times per week for our morning work drinks. The staff is UNBELIEVABLY friendly. I seriously have no idea how the entire crew can be so nice at 7am but they do it! Cannot recommend enough.
