we were there on a Friday night in the pre-fair season. the restaurant was initially visited little, but also when it gradually became fuller, the charming and competent service (I believe it is the restaurant manager and owner) took the time for an excellent advice that you can absolutely trust (also with wine!). the food card is excellent: special tasty are not on the internet side, but are offered on changing daily cards, depending on what was available to qualitatiw particularly high-quality foods just when buying. the absolutely sufficient, but more pleasing, not overcrowded meals fit to the eager home, but are also international. absolutely recommended: the specificity "eifeler edge", a kind of marinated, grilled carpacchio, tastes much better than the name suggests:) tipp: also in a simple shape in the brötchen at the rurberger weihn! the ambiente from the outside and inside is very homely, home-connected rustic to classical, but absolutely fitting. the price/performance ratio at this restaurant, which I know is also mentioned in guide michelin, is absolutely pleasing. a great eating experience. what is more pleasing for me, of course: up to the weekend domizil, it's just 300 m.That's why very happy to be back soon.
genuine veel geraffineerde specialiteitenrestaurants zijn he niet in de eifel. het gourmet restaurant in rurberg is daarom een omweg waard. regional recipes met regional ingrediënten in een zeer plezierige ambiance bezorgden ons een heel aangename avond. de carpaccio van randfleisch en de döppekooche smaakten heerlijk. nadeel is het feit dat spontaan even binnenlopen meestal tot teleurstelling suffers. reserveren is genuinely nodig. door een late afmelding hadden wij geluk.
here a cooks with great enthusiasm and love. we have tried everything from the changing menus and are thrilled that there is so good and at such a price-performance ratio. Woman daners advises individually with the excellent weeping and the Digestiv.The beautiful, individual rooms are not unremarked.
we came on recommendation and went as fans! the service was very warm. the six-course summer menu kept some taste explosion ready and was fantastically delicious.We are still enjoying this round evening and will definitely come back.
