My family and I have come here for 10 years, but it's really on the hill. When I called an order, the woman laughed all the time. I asked her to read the order back and correct something, but you told her she just read it wrong and the order was correct. I picked up my order and somehow the bagel she read correctly was completely wrong, and a vegetarian accidentally ended eating turkey when a tomato and cheese was ordered.
Unfortunately, I have to give him a star because if it were for me, I wouldn't. Try to place an order over the phone and wait until they ACTUALLY answer the phone is like waiting for pigs to fly. I understand it's a Saturday and it's busy, but I shouldn't call 10 times and still not be able to answer the phone. You need to be organized with the order via the phone.
Fast, friendly service and great bagels and service. I have not ordered yet, but heard they also do letter-shaped bagels for special orders which is really cool.
Great food friendly staff. She definitely doesn't sneak on her sandwich!
