by very sad coincidence, we were advised to visit this restaurant.after we got there, we were presented with the plastic menu of 2 soups and 4 dishes. as we were not too impressed with the offer, we asked explicitly to get full menu and were informed that we are looking at one.as we had no choice but to order something (rainy evening with two exhausted kids,) we made our choices and started waiting. no drinks were mentioned in the menu, so we had to order a bier and a red wine without having any idea of type, brand nor price.bier was good, wine also, but we got wrong dish served. as they confirmed it's the wrong one, we had to wait for it to be replaced. second time we got the dish, it was wrong again and they again confirmed that. after that, they practically repacked content of secondly brought dish and served us again. so, we finished eating and drinking without further arguments about food and left.besides terrible service we have got, food was not really too impressive and the price was unrealistic for such an offer.we will for sure not visit that place again, which is my honest advise for everybody else also.
the lamb is not my first choice if I want to go to eat in bregenz, but if it is Sunday night, there are no more many possibilities. the chandelier near the door has closed! It's too loud to me in the big room and therefore very unpleasant when I get a table assigned there. next door was also a group that was practically finished and where it was already a few decibel quieter. the nice waitress finally placed us there, for which her big praise and recognition deserves. I was happy with a suppe where I almost burned my back. my companion slept down the carving with pommes, because he was very hungry. another time, I have eaten frankfurters who have not convinced me tastefully. just go to the lame if it must be!
We slept at the hotel on the way to the winter sport. The restaurant's fine-turned, really eastern with some local guests coming to drink a beer once in a while. Breakfast is also perfectly arranged, we had a family room. Very nice and well taken care of. Nice staff!
the dishes were tasty and copeiux. the restaurant had several groups staying at the hotel, but the service was still attentive to the other guests. The desserts were a little disappointing, despite a beautiful presentation.
