Lovely and charming inside and out. The family that runs the inn are caring, helpful, friendly and really want you to enjoy your stay. We had a huge room, nicely appointed with a desk, dresser, nightstand, armoire and a bathtub/shower. The bed was a bit...hard for my liking. Unfortunately it was located above the exit to a very highly trafficked road. Even the super thick Windows could not drown out the noise which continued all night long. It was very warm in Hall when we visited, so keeping the windows closed and no air conditioning was stifling. Neither my husband nor myself slept that night. In the morning, Sonja was able to change our room to the opposite side of the inn. Again, we were given a huge room that was as charming as the first one (although we had to pay an extra €24 per night to be able to sleep). The inn is adjacent to the bike path that runs to Innsbruck one way and to cute little villages the other way. We wanted to rent bikes the following day, but when Johanna (manning the reception desk) called to reserve them, the bike rental was all out. So, she kindly offered the use of her bike and her brother's bike! The breakfast included in our room rate was delicious. There was a large assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast cakes as well as soft boiled eggs. It was restocked frequently, so you always had a big choice. We also had a delicious meal one evening in their restaurant. You can't go wrong staying here as long as you get a quiet room facing the river and town. Thoroughly enjoyed Hall in Tirol and Gastof Badl.
