We were here for dinner spontaneously at the beginning of July because we were on the way to Lübeck. It is still a beautiful inn where the village and the Skat-Riege meet. We had shared a fish soup, that was a very tasty start. We can recommend them. I had eaten Labskaus for the first time in the restaurant and thought it was too little. It was plentiful. Many ingredients, their own style and I tasted it very well so I would order it again. My wife had a fried plaice that was also great and plentiful. We had to do without dessert because we were pappsatt. At the end, the very attentive and friendly employee gave a sauleckeren housegem. Likör. The boss also came to the table for a friendly knock. We like to come back and wish all the best.
We just landed here by chance on the return trip to Kiel and did not regret the small way around. In addition to the delicious food, the entire atmosphere was also true. The boss cooks himself and takes time for a personal conversation with the guests (without being intrusive), fair price-performance ratio, children get a little attention instead of bagging, very attentive service. In short, we felt so comfortable that we would like to come back.
