The reference rust roast. The perfect composition of meat quality, timing, really good roast potatoes, ECHTEN peeled onions and not least an ingenious roast sauce. Over the past ten years I have been able to compare the Swabian onion in a whole range of restaurants, but the (real word play) crown is tested several times. In an ambience already in my youth and this has long been old-fashioned, with wood, hull windows and sunkable space separators. Maybe that's why it's really cozy in this shady restaurant. By the way: If you want to eat something other than a rust roast, which is a mistake, you can choose from a table the current, possibly also very delicious alternatives.
Very cozy ambience. Operation very attentive. The onion roast with roast potatoes and salad is very delicious. The daily map is diverse. Will definitely come back to dinner.
